The material is highly cross-linked and thanks to its properties allow a clean and fast workout. Features good working time along with excellent malleability and adaptation to model. Easy trimming characteristics reduce error as well as effort. A surplus material can be reused for other works (e.g. modeling a grip for the preformed tray) with ease. The thickness of the contoured wafers is only 1.4 mm. Wundertray base plates are suitable for the fabrication of bite plates and bite templates. The slight transparency of the tray allows the graceful work with marked models. After modulation Wundertray base plate must be cured in a light-curing unit, e.a. UV light, for app. 5 minutes. The consistently high quality of the material guarantees a minor polymerization shrinkage and outstanding form stability. A light cure tray material supplied in economical prefabricated sheets – eliminating mixing and mess. Improved formula – do not stick to the hands!
